Thanksgiving Miracle!!! |

Dear, Annette and Woody
Thank You to your excellent staff of people that helped brighten my
Thanksgiving Day.
I called your company "Obadiah's Woodstoves" and talked to Larry D, late
Monday 11/25/2013 about what I needed to fix my Breckwell P32 pellet stove
that I was attempting to have fixed by Thanksgiving Day. Larry and my
conversation ended that day by him letting me know that he needed to make
phone calls and that I would receive a call the next morning (Tuesday). I
did receive that call. I believe it to be Annette stating that my parts
would be over-nighted. Also I received excellent e-mail communication.
I was pleased to see the UPS man coming up my driveway at 10:03am Wednesday
morning. I got the parts and immediately started working on my pellet stove
and I was done and it was working Wednesday afternoon. I write to you today
(Thanksgiving) to let you know that I am a very happy customer and your
efforts mean allot to me. I will be placing another order for other things I
saw on your internet site that interests me. I will also let some of my
pellet stove friends know about your company.
